With more than 30 years in strategic planning, marketing, sales and business / operational management, Jim leads DHS Group using knowledge gained from his work in leadership roles with a half-dozen high-tech companies in the healthcare, oil & gas and aerospace industries.
Jeff, serves as DHS Group’s Senior Vice President and has nearly 40 years of experience in technology, healthcare, change management and process design and comes most recently from Halliburton. At DHS Group, Jeff is responsible for Product Development
With more than 28 years of software development experience, James serves as DHS Group’s primary system designer and architect, leads software integration and development, hardware and networking deployment and helps develop the vision and integration of next generation healthcare intelligence.
One of the founders of DHS Group, Rabih has extensive experience in health care consulting and outcomes management and is one of the founding members of Houston’s HEDIS for Quality Coalition.
Jason, who has experience in international sales and operations management, oversees the planning, organizing and directing of DHS Group’s administrative activities and resources, including accounting and ERP planning.
VP, Health Plan Services
Frances oversees DHS Group’s healthcare performance metrics, data mining, HEDIS and consulting using more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare research, quality and performance assessment industry, including leading one of the first audit firms licensed by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
Director, Client Engagement and Analytics
Sirine, who has expertise in account management, public health and data analytics, leads a team dedicated to the delivery of turnkey solutions and works with consultants and employers to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
VP, Business Development
With years of experience in HR and benefits industries, Will leads the Business Development team with a deep understanding of our customer’s needs. Will’s primary duties includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships and service offerings to better meet the needs of current customers.
Director, Performance Measure & Audit Services
In addition to having experience with the overseeing of more than 50 health plan audits, Lawrence has extensive experience in clinical and administrative health care as a respiratory therapist, decision support analyst, performance measure developer and hospital administrative director.

Rich is responsible for providing products and services that will increase the health of populations and better access to patient care. During Rich’s 20 years in the Human Resources/Benefits and Wellness Industry, he has helped organizations save millions of dollars through restricting corporate health benefit programs.
