With the healthcare, benefits and wellbeing industries constantly changing around you, sometimes, it can be difficult to keep up to date with all the components needed to manage this very large investment. Without that information, on things like functions, processes and data, it’s easy to see healthcare costs continue to rise without much of a change towards the greater good of your employees’ health and wellbeing.

The good news is; you don’t have to do it alone.

“It is local health coalitions, that prove instrumental in working with all local stakeholders to change this inefficient method of health benefits design and delivery,” Houston Business Coalition on Health Executive Director Chris Skisak, said.

“[Coalitions nationwide] seek to improve the cost, quality and experience in health care design and delivery by working locally and nationally with their strategic partners to facilitate initiatives depending on the interests of their local employers.”

In this week’s Rewind feature, hear more from Chris about how you can get involved with your local health coalition and, ultimately, make a positive impact on your employees and for your company.
