To be part of a company that provides this type of platform, which includes mental and financial health alongside components like payment information, is such a great opportunity.

DHS Group: What are you looking forward to about joining the DHS Group team?

Andrew: I have a lot of experience in managed care, health behavior change decision support, and wellness programming, but most of it is one step “upstream.” While I’ve supported partners who have delivered these kinds of solutions for years, it’s an exciting opportunity for me to be one step closer to the end-user – the employer, the employees, and provider groups.

DHS Group: Tell us a little bit more about your background and how that will play a role in your new position at DHS Group?

Andrew: I have vast experience in helping to design wellness and managed care programs centered around population health and health behavior change – everything from incentive and engagement programs to  help people make better health decisions, medical consumerism websites, to helping to design, train, and support some of the largest telephonic nurse call centers in the United States and other parts of the world. I’m excited about taking that experience and expanding it by tying in things like DHS Group’s “full-circle” of wellbeing that includes financial health and mental wellbeing alongside more traditional offerings. I am also excited to expand my experience in patient education and physician workflow in the provider and hospital settings to include patient workflow at the admission and administrative level.

DHS Group: What excites you about DHS Group’s products and services?

Andrew:  I’m energized to provide clients with a full suite of solutions that encompass everything they need for end-to-end employee health. To be part of a company that provides this type of platform, which includes mental and financial health alongside components like payment information, is such a great opportunity.  DHS Group helps employers recognize that a healthy employee is the basis for a healthy organization; the two are very closely linked, and I’m looking forward to be being part of this journey.

DHS Group: Anything else you’d like to add?

Andrew: I’m excited about the passion of this organization. Everyone is committed to the mission and the  individual roles they play. It goes far beyond just being successful – this team is really driven to help clients achieve their goals.
