The activity from your previous Movband device will remain on your account and will not be lost. The replacement device will start contributing to your activity data when you register it, replacing the previous device.
- Log in to your Move Dashboard
- Navigate to the Devices tab under your My Account page
- Remove your current Movband by clicking on the trash can icon next to your Movband
- Make sure the Movband Sync software is running on your computer or download it here
- Connect your new Movband device to your computer
- You'll receive a prompt that asks if you'd like to replace your current device with the new device you just connected. Click YES
