Thomas R. Owens, BA, MHM, Executive Chairman
Mr. Owens is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. His career has been focused on founding, financing and managing fast growing companies in the technology, health care and hospitality industries. Over the past twenty years, he has served as Chairman, and Chairman and CEO of publicly traded and privately owned companies in the United States. Under his leadership, these companies have been featured on Inc Magazine's “500 Fastest Growing Corporations” list; Forbes and Business Week’s “The Best Small Companies in the World” lists.
Mr. Owens has been honored as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst and Young and Inc Magazine, and was the recipient of the 1994 Enterprise Award in the category: “Best CEO Under Age 40”. He has appeared in Forbes Magazine's “People to Watch” column and Fortune Magazine's “Movers and Shakers” column. While Chairman & CEO of GMIS (NASD sym. GMIS), Mr. Owens served on the “Presidential Advisory Board on Technology in Healthcare” during the Clinton Administration.
Mr. Owens serves and has served on a number of Boards of Directors and has held adjunct faculty appointments at leading universities.

Rabih Suki, MPH, PhD, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Suki is a founder of Dynamic Health Strategies, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Suki is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Texas School of Public Health Management and Policy Sciences department. He has authored and co-authored more than 20 articles and presentations in scientific journals and meetings. He is one of the founding members of the HEDIS for Quality Coalition in Houston and has extensive experience in health care consulting and outcomes management. He also led and organized IT workshops on health information technologies for the Ministries of Health of Jamaica, Peru and Trinidad & Tobago.

Malek A. Bohsali, MBA, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bohsali is also a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary to the Board. Mr. Bohsali has identified, valued, negotiated and structured acquisition and development targets ranging in size from $50 million to $1.45 billion for Fortune 100 and Fortune 200 companies. Mr. Bohsali specializes in financial structuring, equity and debt investments, competitive analysis, and strategic business development.

Trudy Millard Krause , DrPH, MBA, CHCA, CPHQ, Vice President
Dr. Krause has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, from hospital administration, direct patient care, rehabilitation program design, employee assistance management, and outcomes research. Dr. Krause serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas School of Public Health teaching classes in healthcare quality and occupational health. She has been widely recognized for her contributions to WEDI the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange and its focus on the impact of HIPAA on self funded group health plans. Dr. Krause leads our Consulting Division and supervises the Project Managers, Data Coordinators and Professional Analysts that compose the client focused teams. Additionally, Dr. Krause leads the URAC and NCQA accreditation and certification project team, and is personally trained in health plan accreditation, hospital accreditation, disease management accreditation, case management accreditation, IRO accreditation, UM accreditation, credentialing accreditation, and more.

Frances Dalton, MHA, Vice President, MACAS
Ms. Dalton is a member of the Technical Advisory Council at the Texas Health Care Information Council, an agency under Texas Department of Health. She also led over 75 HMO quality assurance reviews and previously held the position of HEDIS Manager for Kaiser Health Plan, located in Dallas.
