    Case Management Projects

    This service includes:
  • A review of current Policies and Procedures and Processes
  • Meeting with your staff to determine current staffing procedures
  • Rewriting Policies and Procedures to reflect the new processes to be developed
  • Creating new documentation protocols
  • Providing staff training
  • Developing CCM training tool and prepare Case Managers for CCM certification exam
  • Establish an annual in-house Ethics training (as required by URAC)
  • Assemble application for URAC, Assist with onsite survey preparation, and Provide support during URAC’s onsite visit
