Meeting with your staff to determine current staffing procedures
Rewriting Policies and Procedures to reflect the new processes to be developed
Creating new documentation protocols
Providing staff training
Developing CCM training tool and prepare Case Managers for CCM certification exam
Establish an annual in-house Ethics training (as required by URAC)
Assemble application for URAC, Assist with onsite survey preparation, and Provide support during URAC’s onsite visit
